lj Residential was the brainchild of Linda Jardine back in 2009 and her ethos from then continues to today; to provide a tailored personal, service that aims to assist house purchasers and sellers at every stage of the process, hence - lj Residential for 'the personal touch'.

Linda has sold in excess of 700 properties since 2009 and the majority of our clients have been returning clients or their family members and viewers, that have been impressed by our service at a viewing and have then contacted us to act as their agents, there is no better testimonial than a personal recommendation!

Linda and her team pride themselves on being able to arrange viewings to suit, whether during the day, evenings or weekend – they have been known to sell houses on Christmas Eve and New Year's Day!

Linda Jardine – Director

Linda has lived in Annan almost all her life and has an extensive, local knowledge of the area; a habitual house mover, Linda is in her 15th property and therefore understands the ups and downs of selling and moving.

Linda lives with her husband David, who also erects the signs for the company – she likes to keep it in the family!

Outside of work, Linda enjoys time with her family, word games and travelling.

Jill McRobert – Estate Agent

Jill joined lj Residential in 2011 following Linda placing an advert for a 'mini me' – their birthdays are a day apart and have been known to turn up to appointments dressed the same!

Jill assists Linda in carrying out valuations and viewings and covers Lockerbie, Dumfries and Annan too.

Jill lives in Dumfries and in her spare time enjoys reading, jigsaws and cooking.
